At the Abbaye des Capucins, you are at the right place to taste and discover all the french Cuisine.
We can propose you two types of cuisine : the gastronomic one at la Table des Capucins, and the brasserie style at le Bistro des Capucins.
The Table des Capucins and its chef Hervé Daumy were awarded one star in the 2011 Michelin Guide. In 2012, Hervé Daumy confirms this decoration.
"Specialities: Cromesquis of lamb foot, Espelette pepper and basil. Peking mallard prepared with oriental spices. Caramel soufflé, orange jelly and lemon ginger ice cream."
The Capucins' Bistro is also recommended by the guide for its "bistronomic" cuisine.
"In order to put body and mind at rest... This listed monastery (1630) remains imbued with quietness. The decor and comfort are definitely contemporary, complete spa. Fine food is the queen at the Table des Capucins restaurant: the chef concocts pleasure cuisine which is nothing less than delicacy and subtlety. At the Bistro the atmosphere is modern and one can enjoy tasty bistronomy."
